Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
Shipping to the Lower 48 Unites States is FREE.
Orders are typically shipped within 2 days of receiving payment.
Delivery times vary with each vendor (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). Most customers receive their order within one week. If you have not received tracking information within three days of your order, let us know and we will investigate and expedite your shipment.
If you need to return your order for any reason, reach out to returns@nodropshoes.com. Most often, we ship you a prepaid return box and you just send us back the shoes. Every return can be unique. We'll work with you to make sure you're taken care of, whatever that looks like.
